August YS PRIDE is now available!


The Board of School Directors adopted the 2016-17 General Operating Fund Budget in the amount of $53,238,354 and set the real estate tax rate at 22.4133 mills on June 20, 2016. This represents a 2.4% increase which is equal to the state index set for the 2016-17 fiscal year.

York Suburban School District is reaching out to all education majors who have completed 60 credit hours from an accredited Pennsylvania college or university who would like to substitute teach in the YSSD schools. State legislators recently passed a law allowing college education students to work in classrooms for 10 school days per district per year.  This new law will go into effect on September 11, 2016.  If you are interested in substituting for York Suburban School District click here:  Employment Opportunities
