 …That total Federal Revenues make up less than 1% of the total budget for the current year.

  

 

…That Local Sources are impacting Revenue in 2015-2016? Some examples are: Increase in delinquent tax collection, Increase in Earned Income tax, Increase in Realty Transfer Tax, Decrease in IDEA Pass-thru, Decrease in Rental of Facilities and Increase in Contributions and Donations.

   …The District cannot impose sales, amusement, or other taxes to increase revenue because School Districts have no taxing authority beyond property taxes and those regulated by Act 1.
